1 1/2    pounds ground turkey, white meat
1/4       cup chicken or turkey broth
1/2       tablespoon olive oil
3/4       cup bread crumbs
1          medium chopped onion
1/2       pound sliced mushrooms
2          cloves crushed garlic
1          tablespoon soy sauce
1          teaspoon thyme
2          tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1/2       teaspoon marjoram
1/4       cup liquid egg substitute
1/2       teaspoon salt
1/2       teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes. In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, broth, bread crumbs, egg and sautéed vegetables. Place the mixture in a loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes. Serve sliced, hot or cold.
