TUNA SANDWICH ON RYE

1 /2       cup tuna in water, drained
1          tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
1          teaspoon mustard
1/2       teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
2          slices rye bread

Spread the slices of rye bread with mustard. Combine the tuna with mayonnaise and season with fresh ground black pepper. Spread the tuna mixture between the slices of rye bread and serve garnished with a dill pickle.

Notes: Excellent source of Vitamin B1, B2, Niacin, Folacin, and Iron.
Good source of Zinc.
