OVEN-BAKED SESAME CHICKEN

4 skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
Toast sesame seeds in a skillet until golden brown, stirring constantly. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a shallow baking pan. Combine flour, sesame seeds, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika and salt in a bag and shake well. Dip the chicken in milk and then coat in the bag. Place chicken in baking pan and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
Notes: Excellent source of Vitamin B6, B1, B2 and Niacin. Good source of B2, Folacin and Zinc.
